How We Work
SAM is a major new organisation and a Regularly Funded Organisation of Arts Council England. We’re essentially a contemporary arts organisation focused on music and sound.
Primarily we’re a producer of projects, which can range from live events through to education projects and from digital applications through to books. We usually work in partnership and in collaboration with other organisations. Some of our projects are developed from scratch by SAM and others come to us from other arts organisations and producers. Most of our work is based in England, but we also work in the rest of the UK and increasingly with international partners.
