Cut & Splice

Cut & Splice is an annual festival of radical electronic music and sound art, co-produced by Sound and Music and BBC Radio 3.

What's it about?

Cut & Splice showcases the work of leading international artists and has earned itself an international reputation for inspired ideas and high-quality production. The festival comprises live and broadcast activity, annually shifting its focus and format to reveal pioneering sonic art at its best.

Previous Cut & Splice festivals have been held in venues such as ICA (London), LSO St Luke’s (London), Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, the Sonic Arts Research Centre (SARC, Belfast) and Wilton’s Music Hall (London).

All Cut & Splice performances are broadcast on BBC Radio 3's Hear And Now.
