For advice on your work, check the list of music societies and associations and organisations. They often provide support and advice for musicians and artists. Many websites will include pages of opportunities for jobs, festivals, calls for work and residencies.

A-N Knowledge Bank
The Knowledge Bank is an online resource for artists and researchers in contemporary art practices to help find ways of making a living and promoting and developing their professional practice. Some select articles and publications require online subscription starting at £6 for one month trail to a year.
Artsadmin
Artsadmin is a unique producing organisation for contemporary artists working in theatre, dance, live art, visual arts and mixed media. Based at Toynbee Studios since 1995, the organisation offers a free advisory service for artists, mentoring and development programmes and a number of bursary schemes.
