Lee Chapman) is a self taught composer and musician of his own music, working in the fields of ethereal, organic and accidental compositions. His sound is mainly based upon few instrumentation to create large yet delicate sounds using live processing aswell as environmental found sounds from travelling. Chapman began composing music under the name Svefn in 2008 when living in the south of Germany after studying Modern and Contemporary Classical Music at Nelson & Colne College near his home town of Burnley, England.

In 2011, the initiation of live performances around the UK and Scandinavia has led to the invitation of other artists to perform and collaborate live and has now led to the expasion of sound design for film, video art and sonic installation with international artists.
