Charities Philharmonia's vision is to provide 'outstanding music for outstanding causes'.
The concerts have established the orchestra on the London music scene as an institution with a unique mission and a reputation for
heartfelt and excellent performances. Soloists including Alina Ibragimova and Ruth Palmer (both Classical Brit Award winners) have performed concertos with the orchestra.
The Orchestra also acts as a platform for young talented musicians - and has organised a 'Young Composers Award' - to promote new orchestral compositions. The Composition award is organised in association with childrens charity Dreams Come True.
