hi, hope you're well. welcome to my profile. i make any sort of sound and music, good, bad, unusual, usual. sometimes just sounds and effects, sometimes songs. when i get commissions i do them as well as i can, taking account of people's audio wishes, but i enjoy it most when my brief is broad, and i'm left to get on with it myself.  i do pop music, sound design, sound art, audio restoration and manipulation, remixes, lots of production for other people, soundtracks, adverts, and some interesting projects of varying descriptions.  i am in a band called 'mountaineers'.  we used to release records with deltasonic/sony and then mute/emi.  we made some good records and did some tours, but didn't make much money. also i'm in 'melodie du kronk'.   which we play sixties style kitschy psychedelic pop instrumentals but with lots of synths and no guitars, and also i'm in 'zukazeit', which is improvised synth-jazz experimentation with horns. i am also a postgraduate student of popular music and culture.
