Londoner Judith Silver is a singer, composer, workshop leader and teacher who uses her huge experience and passion to bring music and song to everyone she works with. She established her popular "Just Sing It!" workshops in 1996. These are open to all, and in them she teaches harmony songs from around the world. She also has a particular love and knowledge of Yiddish and Hebrew songs, and works within and outside the Jewish community sharing these.
Judith is a member of the NVPN (Natural Voice Practitioners’ Network – www.naturalvoice.net ) which is a group of like-minded teachers believing in the right of every person to find their singing voice and experience the joy of singing with others. As a performer, apart from solo work, she sings with the trio Anam Cara and the four-piece a cappella group Far Flung Voices. Since October 2008, she has been director of the SOAS World Music Choir in London.
