Produced by:
Sound and Music

About this Role

Executive Assistant 2 days per week

Sound and Music is looking for a highly organised and methodical Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive, Chair and Board of Sound and Music. The role encompasses administrative support, coordinating and minuting Board and Finance Subcommittee meetings, as well as contributing more broadly to the work of Sound and Music and its small but dedicated team.

This role is at the front line of Sound and Music, since the post holder will be responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries for the Chief Executive and Chair, and for meeting and greeting visitors. The post is 2 days per week, although some flexibility is required in order to accommodate attendance at Board and Finance Subcommittee meetings. These are booked several months in advance.

The post holder will also form part of the Sound and Music team, and so is required to be flexible about taking on other duties on an ad hoc basis, if the need arises.
