Originating at Glasgow’s Sub Club, since 1997 Optimo have been playing incredible, unpredictable sets for packed out crowds all over the world. The diversity of their sound is legendary, drawing on the full history of electronic dance music, from disco and house to techno, modern electro, and beyond. In the first half of the night, a full orchestral ensemble will be playing classic minimalist pieces by Steve Reich, John Adams, and Louis Andriessen, while Nonclassical DJs Gabriel Prokofiev and Richard Lannoy will be bridging the gap with innovative DJ sets that incorporate live performance,
