Incubate festival call for artists

Tilburg's Incubate festival launched last September with a pretty eclectic week of events and artists - an over-used adjective, perhaps, but the only one I can think of for a festival that put Hermann Nitsch, Beninese band Orchestre Poly-Rhythmo de Cotonou, baile funk DJs and obscure black metal acts on the same bill, along with film, poster art, installation and dance.
